Led and hands-on to deliver PD Patient Tracker; delivered a high-level insight for PD patients around Asia Pacific. Including data pipeline design and implementation, regional data model.
PD Patient Tracker is a consolidation of all country data feeding their local dashboard that supports their operation into a regional senior management insight. Built using table with an Oracle database. Features aligned local hierarchies to a globally understood structure.

Design and developed a data strategy to acquire, consolidate and harmonise regional data to a more controlled single source of truth for data across the region.
This is an Asia Pacific regional data strategy to reduce/eliminate sharing data using files (Excel, CSV, TXT) on emails and shared drives. Driven by a concern raise by country users being requested the same data in different format from regional team members. These files then flies around on emails or links to shared folder.
Solution built was to capture these data into a database, structures aligned and process in capturing the data in placed for the country. The biggest challenge in this project was the different commercial practices in each country and regulatory regulations.

Japan's commercial data and process migration from the iSeries (AS/400) to an Oracle database including the use of Oracle Application Express for data maintenane and management.
Cost forced Japan to move from the iSeries to another platform due to high maintenance cost of the AS/400. All commercial data was moved from the AS/400 to an Oracle database and utilising the regional data warehouse as the source of major ERP data and migrated all their EDI acquired secondary sales data. My envolvement includes review of current process, system design, development and implementation. Few items were delivered in this project which included business intelligence, rental billing process, maintenance and management applications and the EDI integration.

Country PD Data and Dashboards
Data aquisition and dashboards for Malaysia, SIngapore, Vietnam, ANZ, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong. Part of the data consolidation for the PD Patient Tracker was to work on the country data sources which varies depending on the business model. Most countries are on distributor model where data were very dependent to distributor and distributor data collection. Large amount of work in this project was data aquisistion from different distributors and data format. In one of the country we have to build an application for clinical nurse who are the ones collecting the data.

PD Patient Management System
Due to the non-availability of data from distributors, a country from SEA had to build a system to collect thier data using excel. Part of the PD data consolidation, I came across this process that consumes a lot of hours on month-end just to get patient counts. To solve the issue, we created an application available to the on-field clinical nurse that collect these patient data. Allowing them to collect data as it happens online, the country was able to see their numbers as it happens.

Was the IT internal resource working with a consulting company to migrate the Commercial Sales BI from StayinFront to IBM Cognos. The migration now utilises the new DW and acquiring more data from other sources.
